It’s been a memorable year, MPPA! Join us as we reconnect with colleagues, conduct important association business, and prepare for the year ahead.
Our November General Membership Meeting will include the 2027 elections, proposed bylaws revisions, association reports, and recognition of our incoming leadership and members. We’ll also enjoy lunch, networking, and a guest speaker presentation, with time to discuss upcoming programs and opportunities to get involved in 2027.

Meet Our Guest Speaker
We’re pleased to welcome Victoria Nellis, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, CMPO+GPS, Green Purchasing Program Manager with the Maryland Department of General Services.
Victoria has served the State of Maryland for more than ten years in various procurement roles and currently leads its statewide green procurement program. She also chairs the Maryland Green Purchasing Committee, an interagency committee advancing sustainable procurement in state government. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
