We are excited to announce that our keynote speaker for this Saturday’s MPPA 2026 Installation Ceremony is Mrs. T. Suzette Moore, MS, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB!
Suzette is an MPPA legend! She is a former Maryland Public Procurement Association President, a longtime supporter of MPPA, and the 2025 NIGP Distinguished Service Award Recipient. With more than 30 years of leadership in public sector procurement, she has served in executive roles at WMATA, the State of Maryland Department of General Services, and the Maryland Aviation Administration.
Suzette is also the founder of Inspired Growth, LLC, and is a certified Maxwell Leadership team member, bringing a powerful message of leadership, service, and growth that aligns perfectly with our theme of Stronger Together: Continuing to Be a Community.
We are excited to hear Suzette’s words of wisdom and leadership insights, shaped by decades of service and her continued commitment to the procurement profession. We hope you will join us for this special celebration and installation of our 2026 officers, board members, and president.
